TxN Car Rent wants txnrent.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement says where we stand and how to report a problem. Last updated: 4 September 2026. The Romanian version of this page prevails.
The standard we follow
We work to the accessibility requirements of Law no. 232/2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882, and to the EN 301 549 standard, aligned with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Current status
The site is partially compliant with that standard. The assessment was made by us, by self-evaluation, on 4 September 2026. We have not yet commissioned an external accessibility audit.
What we took into account
- High contrast between text and background throughout the site.
- Headings in a logical order, so screen readers can work through the page.
- Alternative text for images that carry information.
- Phone numbers and e-mail addresses as working links, dialable straight from a phone.
- Content in short sentences, without needless jargon.
- Pages work on small screens, with no horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
We have not yet tested the site with real users of assistive technology and we have no audit report. Some elements built with the visual editor may not be fully keyboard accessible or may not be announced correctly by screen readers. If you run into something like that, tell us and we will fix it.
How to report a problem
Call 0770 506 112, every day between 08:00 and 22:00, or write to Ganju.Georgee@yahoo.com. Tell us which page and what did not work. We reply within 30 days at most and, if the problem stops you from using our service, we find another way in the meantime – for example, handling the whole booking by phone.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection, which supervises accessibility requirements.
A note about the size of the business
The law provides an exception for micro-enterprises providing services, with fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover of at most 2 million euro. We are a small business, so we may fall within that exception. We publish this statement anyway and treat accessibility as our own goal, not a box to tick.
