If something did not go the way it should, we want to hear about it and put it right. Below is exactly how a complaint works and what you can do if we cannot agree. Last updated: 4 September 2026. The Romanian version of this page prevails.
Step 1. Tell us
Call 0770 506 112, write on WhatsApp at the same number, or send an e-mail to Ganju.Georgee@yahoo.com. It helps if you tell us the rental date, what happened, and how you would like it resolved. If you have photos or documents, send those too.
The address for complaints, if you prefer to write on paper or come in person, is Zaharia Stanciu nr. 1, Brasov.
Step 2. Our answer
We confirm we received the complaint and give you a reasoned answer within 15 days of registering it. If we need further checks, for example with the insurer, we tell you why it takes longer and how long.
Step 3. If we cannot agree
You can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection. The competent alternative dispute resolution entity for our services is the SAL structure within ANPC. Complaints are filed online at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. General information about the authority is at anpc.ro.
The SAL procedure is free for the consumer and takes place after you have first tried to settle the matter directly with us. Taking part does not prevent you from going to court afterwards.
The European ODR platform is closed
The European online dispute resolution platform was abolished by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and no longer accepts complaints. For disputes with us, the route is ANPC and the SAL platform above.
Courts
Either party may go to the competent courts in Romania. The agreement is governed by Romanian law.
